SHIPMENT FAQ’S utilizes the United States Postal Service as a method of shipment for all orders. Please allow us 1-2 business days of processing time. All orders are conditioned to credit card confirmation and product availability. In order for Express shipments to be processed and sent out the same day, orders must be placed by 1:00 p.m. EST (Eastern Standard Time). USPS Express shipping will only arrive on business days.

Some orders are insured against theft and accidental damage during delivery. Once your purchases have been delivered to the specified address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance. If you chose to opt out from Signature confirmation, we will Not be responsible for any theft or damage.


In cases of qualifying exchanges, the customer is responsible for any and all shipping and handling charges. Even if there were no initial shipping fees connected to the item (this would apply to orders that were initially $50 and above, or purchases made with Store Credit), the customer will be held responsible for all shipping charges for returning and exchanging items. Such charges may include the cost of shipment for returning the item being exchanged, applicable taxes, and any other qualifying fees that may apply. Any Shipping and Handling charges will not be refunded in cases of Returns, Exchanges, or Cancellations (considering the order has already been shipped). Canceled Orders

Eligible for a full refund, including SH, ONLY if canceled prior to shipping. We cannot process claims, refunds or additional requests once a package is in transit with the carrier.

Undelivered, Unclaimed, Refused, or Returned Packages

A 15% restocking fee and a Return to Sender fee of $3.95 will be assessed accordingly. Shipping Handling, Tax, and Gift Wrapping cannot be reimbursed. Original shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, refused or returned packages, unless it is a Company error. For free shipping packages, shipping cost will be assessed and deducted from final reimbursement. Any shipping cost you incur to return the product will not be refunded unless it is a Company error. Redelivery Fee Missed Scheduled Delivery

If reshipment is requested by the Customer due to Returned to Sender, refusal of shipment or missed a scheduled delivery, you will be responsible for SH unless it is due to Company or Carrier error.


Although allows its customers to ship to addresses differing from the billing address, a billing address that matches the purchasers credit card institutions information is still required. Orders may be placed on hold or canceled if we are incapable of confirming the billing information with the credit card institution. A signed authorization and appropriate identification may be requested for international credit cards. In which case you will need to provide the following documents:

A copy of a valid picture I.D.

If a customer provides an Invalid or Unclaimed Shipping Address, will charge the customer for re-shipping the order.


In order to return merchandise, you must obtain an RMA number from our wholesale department.

You may return any unopened merchandise (except Skincare and Haircare items) in its original condition, including original packaging and packing slip within 30 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund less shipping and any gift wrapping charges.
